I love working with people experiencing life transitions, faith deconstruction and grief. Let’s dive into what constructs your views, and determine if and how they can grow. If we stop growing and evolving, anger and resentment may take root. Life brings seasons of change and I can help you move through whatever feelings you may be having during these adjustments.

A little about me: I’m older than I seem and have an “old soul” though I strive to be forever young. I have two kids and a husband of 15 years! I love animals, nature and houseplants, friendships, reading, fitness, organization and home projects.
