Being human is hard. Relationships get complicated, anxiety has a way of taking over, and life has a way of throwing transitions at you before you're ready. We get it. Heck, we've been there. We'd like to help.

We specialize in working with you on things like anxiety, OCD, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Our clinicians bring an evidence-based, relational approach to their work. We utilize a variety of evidence based approaches, including Inference-based CBT for OCD, exposure work for anxiety, and a psychodynamic lens when you're trying to figure out where it all started and do some work there. Most importantly, we just try to be human with you and share the wisdom we've gained and the skills we've learned along the way.

Something we feel pretty strongly about: therapy should be something you look forward to. Not because it's always easy or fun, but because you get to do meaningful work with someone who shows up as a real person and cares.
